Child Safety Standards

NkemLove is an adult platform with zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Here's how we protect minors and how to report a concern.

Last updated: September 22, 2026

1. Age requirement

NkemLove is strictly for adults aged 18 and older. Creating an account requires confirming you are at least 18. Any account found or reported to belong to a minor is immediately suspended and removed.

2. Zero-tolerance policy on child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)

We have zero tolerance for any content, communication, or behavior on NkemLove that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors in any way, including:

Soliciting, sharing, or attempting to distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM); grooming, isolating, or attempting inappropriate contact with a minor; and impersonating or misrepresenting a user's age to target minors.

Violating this policy results in immediate account termination and, where applicable, reporting to law enforcement and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent regional authorities.

3. How to report a concern

You can report a child safety concern, suspected CSAM, or an underage user directly from within the app: open the user's profile or chat, tap the report/flag icon, and select "Child safety concern" or "Underage user."

You can also email us directly at support@nkemlove.com with the subject line "Child Safety Report." All reports are reviewed promptly by our safety team, and confirmed violations are escalated to law enforcement and relevant child protection authorities without delay.

4. Designated point of contact

Our designated point of contact for child safety and CSAM prevention compliance is reachable at support@nkemlove.com.

6. Ongoing commitment

We continuously review and improve our moderation systems, reporting tools, and age-verification practices to strengthen the safety of our platform for all users.
