NkemLove is for adults aged 18 or older. Members must provide accurate account information, respect other members, follow safety rules and must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or exploitative activity. Paid products are subject to the displayed pricing and renewal terms.

1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using NkemLove in any way, you're agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of this agreement by reference. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't create an account or use the service.
We've tried to write this in ordinary language rather than dense legal boilerplate, because we'd actually like you to read it. That doesn't make it any less binding — it's still the agreement between you and us.
2. Who can use NkemLove
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, and you must meet the minimum age requirement of your own country if it's higher than 18. By registering, you're confirming that the date of birth you provide is accurate. We take this seriously — accounts found to belong to someone under the required age will be closed immediately, and any content will be removed.
You must also have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and you must not be barred from using the service under the law of your country or ours. You may not use NkemLove if you've previously been banned from the platform, unless we've expressly reinstated your access.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for everything that happens under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact us.
You agree to provide accurate information when you register and to keep it up to date — a profile is only useful to other members if it reflects who you actually are. Creating an account with a false identity, using someone else's photos without their permission, or impersonating another real person is a violation of these Terms and may also violate the law.
Each person may maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to evade a ban, manipulate matching, or spam other members is not allowed.
4. What NkemLove offers
NkemLove lets adult members create a profile, discover other members, express interest through likes, loves, and follows, form mutual matches, message one another (including text, photos, and voice messages), make audio and video calls, send and receive virtual gifts, and optionally unlock paid content shared by other members. Some features are free; others are paid, as described below and shown in the app at the time you use them.
5. NkemLove Coins and payments
NkemLove Coins are a virtual currency used within the app to pay for calls, gifts, Instant Chat, and paid content shared by other members. Coins have no cash value outside NkemLove, cannot be redeemed for cash except through the specific gift-withdrawal process described in the app (where eligible), and cannot be transferred between accounts except through the features specifically built for that purpose (like sending a gift).
New accounts receive a welcome bonus of 50 Coins. Additional Coins can be purchased through the packages shown in the app. Purchases are processed securely through Stripe or PayPal; we never see or store your full card details.
Non-Premium members are billed 30 Coins per started minute of audio or video calling. This means the charge applies as soon as a new minute begins, not only for full minutes completed — this is disclosed clearly in the app before you start a call, and again during the call itself.
Sending a gift, using Instant Chat before a mutual match, and unlocking a piece of paid content shared by another member all deduct Coins from your balance at the price shown at the time. These charges are final once the action completes, for the reasons explained in our Refund Policy.
7. Gifts and Coin withdrawals
Members can send each other virtual gifts using Coins during calls and in chat. Coins received as gifts may be eligible for cash withdrawal under the rules and limits shown in your Wallet, subject to identity verification and our standard review process for withdrawal requests. Coins you purchased yourself or received as a welcome bonus are not eligible for cash withdrawal — only gifted Coins, and only under the conditions described in the app, are.
We reserve the right to review, delay, or decline a withdrawal request where we suspect fraud, abuse of the gifting system to launder Coin value between accounts, or a violation of these Terms.
8. Sharing and unlocking paid content
Members may choose to share a photo or video as "paid" content, setting a Coin price within the limits configured by NkemLove. Another member can unlock that content by paying the set price, which is then credited toward the sender, subject to our standard fees and policies.
You are solely responsible for any content you choose to share, paid or otherwise, and you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it complies with our content rules below. NkemLove does not review paid content before it is unlocked by a recipient, though it remains subject to reporting and moderation after the fact like any other content on the platform.
9. Verification and trust features
NkemLove offers two distinct trust signals. A blue checkmark badge confirms that a member has verified control of the email address (and, where applicable, phone number) associated with their account. It does not confirm identity or age beyond what was declared at signup.
A separate "ID Verified" badge is available to members who voluntarily submit a government ID document and a live selfie for manual review by our safety team. We use this to add a stronger layer of trust, but it is not a guarantee, and we do not represent it as an infallible identity check. Both badges are informational trust signals, not a warranty of any kind about another member's identity, age, intentions, or conduct.
10. Acceptable use
Using NkemLove means agreeing not to: harass, threaten, or abuse other members; impersonate any person or entity; misrepresent your age, identity, or marital status; solicit money, gift cards, wire transfers, cryptocurrency, or any payment outside the platform, or direct another member to communicate on an outside platform for that purpose; post or send sexual content involving, or that could reasonably depict, a minor, under any circumstances; upload content you don't have the right to share; use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the service; scrape or harvest data from other members' profiles; attempt to circumvent a block, ban, or restriction; or use NkemLove for any unlawful purpose.
We rely on a combination of automated detection (including scam-pattern message screening and duplicate-photo detection) and human review to enforce these rules, and on reports submitted by members. Violating this section can result in a warning, temporary restriction, suspension, or permanent ban, at our discretion, depending on severity.
11. Your content and the license you grant us
You retain ownership of the photos, videos, messages, and other content you upload to NkemLove. By uploading it, you grant NkemLove a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the service to you and the members you interact with — for example, showing your profile photo to someone browsing Discover, or delivering a message you sent to its recipient. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies that may briefly persist in backups or that we're required to retain for legal or safety reasons.
12. Safety when meeting people
NkemLove provides tools — reporting, blocking, optional identity verification, and moderation — to help keep the platform safer, but we cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, background, or conduct of any member, whether verified or not, and we do not conduct criminal background checks. Meeting anyone you've connected with online, including through NkemLove, carries inherent risk.
If you choose to meet another member in person, we strongly encourage you to tell a friend or family member where you're going, meet in a public place for the first time, arrange your own transportation, and trust your instincts if something feels wrong. NkemLove is not responsible for the conduct of any member, online or offline.
13. Our intellectual property
The NkemLove name, logo, app design, and underlying software are owned by Nkemlove or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the platform except as expressly permitted by law or by us in writing.
14. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we believe you've violated these Terms, engaged in conduct that harms other members or NkemLove, or if we're required to do so by law. Where we take this kind of action, we'll aim to explain why, except where doing so would compromise a safety investigation.
Certain provisions of these Terms — including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — survive termination of your account.
15. Disclaimers
NkemLove is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure, that you will meet a compatible match, or that any particular member's profile, verification status, or representations are accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NkemLove and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or $100, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including for our own fraud or, where applicable under local law, gross negligence.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold NkemLove harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your content, or your interactions with another member.
18. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of NkemLove will be resolved in the courts located in Lyon, France, unless applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts instead, in which case that right is preserved.
19. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll notify members through the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use NkemLove after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
